Process

National Choice Bakery uses traditional “european” methods to create bagels. This method includes using the finest ingredients available, beginning with high gluten flour.

Traditional water boiling is used in the process, followed by a true “hearth plate” baking.

Our traditional process insures that the quality of every bagel that we produce meets not only the wishes of our partners, but exceeds the expectations of the consumer.
